6-Year Internal Examination
Fire Foe Corp. recommends fire extinguisher maintenance every six years. Every six years, stored pressure fire extinguishers that require a twelve-year hydrostatic test shall be subjected to the applicable internal examination procedures as detailed in the manufacturer's service manual and this standard. This will ensure they are in great working condition when you need them most.
